I have been using TimeDoctor for about a month. It is pretty unique in the way it emphasizes productivity. It is still in beta, so it has a few rough spots that need to be worked out, but has certain appeal and I think it could be good once they add a few badly needed features.

I'm using Clarizen. It's really portfolio and project management software, but the time management functions are really great. I love how you get a list of important things to do at the beginning of every working day, so you get the urgent stuff out of the way first. You can download a free trail on their website and see what you think.

I've been using "The Action Machine 3". It has a pleasant and easy to use interface. Its been helping me stay focused and finish tasks in a timely manner.
