Hey,

The Warrior Forum has a Warriors For Hire section where you should find some good deals for quality content.

Articlez.com is supposed to be good as well - but I haven't used them myself.

It depends how high quality you want to go... i.e. how much you want to pay.

Higher cost/higher quality article writers can be found on Elance.com which is pretty secure and safe for dealing with outsourcers - I used to find work at Elance when I was a copywriter and have used writers/designers there before.

I use 'Need An Article' (Need An Article: Home). The quality is great and the price is reasonable.

I used Fweez too with good results for ezinearticles submission (they write it, I submit it) because they are cheap and their articles get accepted with no problems.

There are lots of company that you could consider. There are guys from Odesk and Elance that are very happy to help you. YOu could also refer tom y signature link if you want to.
