Hi everybody, I have worked my ass of building blogs around my website so I can get some link juice to the "super website'. I also indexed all of the "sattelite blogs" in Google and Yahoo, but they never show up in the statistics... Why is that?? Who knows a good tool for checking backlinks, becasue I want to know which links are seen by Google and which not. |

Not all links will show up in Yahoo Explorer or back link checkers. In fact, less than 60% of my links show up in Yahoo Explorer but you know what, i couldn't care less - they're still indexed in Google and count as a vote for my websites, plus send link juice back to them. That is all you should care about. To know if your links are indexed in Google, just do a URL search and see if they're indexed - if they are, you're getting something out of them. |

@ MaverickUK I am building links from free blog websites like Blogspot.com and Wordpress.com. They are all indexed. So when Google has indexed my link, they are using them as "votes". So I have documented all the links I have built in to a excel sheet. Is there any software that automatically checks if your " link websites" are indexed by Google? |

Actually there is a tool. I just did a review of Daniels Backlink Multiplier and in it he mentioned a free tool he has just for this purpose. It may be exactly what you are looking for. Hope this helps! |

If you can verify that the links are live, dofollow and residing on pages that are indexed then you're all good. Who cares if they show up in backlink checkers?
