I've had success with oDesk and Freelancer.com Other have used Elance Digital Point Forums OnlineJobs.ph Just look around the forum, do some searches, search google. You'd be amazed at what you can find if you actually look. |

Hi, Yes, it all depends on who you choose in the Warriors For Hire section, some are good some are bad, you really need to grill them to find out the talented and determined workers. If you want to outsource to the phillipines I recommend trying out oDesk or Elance. When hiring form these places just be sure to explain every little detail to them. Don't simply look for "SEO Experts" here, because you will likely find people using automated software to blast links and overcharging the service. You need to build up a team to do writing, blog commenting, etc. Give each person a single task, this way things will be a LOT easier to manage and overview. If you are looking for an all in one SEO solution feel free to check out my sig though. We have plenty of experience in providing outsourced SEO solutions. |

I use and have had great success with oDesk. dadamson is right. Make sure you are able to clearly define the task/s they are completing, and give them smaller tasks to complete first. Make sure you also interview the person you are hiring and ask them for examples of their previous work. The best way I've found to interview is through Skype, and you can ask them questions via a text chat. This weeds out a lot of junk right away. You can also trouble shoot questions and scenarios with them. With web jobs, I ask them to complete small changes to the site, add a form or change a header. This sort of stuff you can pay under $10 for and you can measure their ability from there. For promotional / SEO stuff, ask them to set-up and post articles and see how long and what reporting they can provide you with. You want them to provide you with the new accounts they have set-up and locations they have placed articles. I have personally found the best resource is in India especially if they are in a hot spot like Punjab. Also as dadamson mentioned, I use different resources for different tasks as I really like to use people that specialise in a certain task. The ones that specialise outsource parts of the process and charge you a markup fee to arrange it for you, so this alone is a good reason to find individual resources. Out of interest, I am finding you can get some really good copywriters from South Africa right now. |

What sort of work are you wanting to outsource? I am a writer, proofreader and editor and live in Australia. If you want bidding sites, my favourite is vworker.com and I have done 51 jobs from that site and it is easier to communicate through that site than the others. |
