1> the only way to know if my backlinks got indexed is if i see them on the seoquake or yahoo site explorer? [same i know]

2> what is this rss feed thats everyone talking about? sry but i have no idea what technicly is it? a list of links like excel that u sumbit?

Are you using wordpress?

If you are, search for "super cache" plugin and "rss submit" those will help alot!

The way to know for sure is if you see your links in GWT, or Google webmaster tools, contrary to believe, the will index nofollow links, so all your links should be in GWT, if any become extraneous or not valid then GWT will drop the links.

RSS is Really Simple Syndication and you are able to establish hundreds of feeds all over the internet and when you write a blog, for example, the your blog will appear in all the feeds and sites that is feeding too.

If you use yahoo site explorer, then you will calculate backlinks easily.
