Hello everyone, I hope you can give me some lights on this so I can decide if I sell my sites. I have 10 sites displaying Adsense and I would like to sell them because I need the money. Until now I've been happy to take the monthly income so I can cover part of credit card payments but right now I would need some cash cause I have a daughter just about to come to this world ![]() Anyways, how much do you think I should valuate these sites if I would publish them in Flippa? All the traffic is organic and many are in the first page of Google, and in top positions. I want to sell all of them as a pack because I think that will give me more money at the end. What are your thoughts? Is that the right way to do it? Hope you can help me on this. thanks |

If you find someone who is using adsense sites, you should have no problem getting 10 times monthly earnings. |

Hi, How much time have you been earning through those sites? if they have been earning since a few months ago, you should be able to get 10x easily. If you list it on flippa, start your listing in $1 and with no reserve, open the auction for 5 days, and you should get nice results, adsense is by far the hottest niche in Flippa. My 2 cents... |

You should always consider length of recorded financials, market fluctuation (temporary or permanent), organic or paid traffic sources, etc.

| Problem is that individually there are some that doesn't make too much and paying $20 for selling those I think is too much. And I would have to deal with 10 buyers and 10 listings and all that ![]() That's why my idea was to sell them as a 10 pack |

If I combine the 10 URL's in a report from the Adsense platform starting November 1st I get a total of $2,600+ with an average of almost $220/month and being $400 the peak at the summer when a site about grills had a good streak. About your advice to start the listing in $1 with no reserve...isn't that a little bit dangerous? What if I don't get too many bids and have to sell them for much less than 10x?? ![]() Do you have some experience selling that way?

Thanks for asking this question because I've been wondering how much to sell a few sites for as well. One of my sites has been making $100 - $150 a month with AdSense for the past four months and figured it was time to start thinking about selling as I've had it for a few years now and want to move onto some other niches. All of my traffic comes from organic searches. If most people are saying that a site should sell for 10x monthly earnings then I should expect to get somewhere in the neighborhood of $1000 - $1500 dollars. I've never used Flippa before. Is it the best place to sell a site? Or, is there other places to find buyers? Thanks, Robin |

| Hi cash37, I am serious about everything but I'm not completely decided yet. I'm still analyzing if selling them right now and not having the monthly income in the future is the best option for me right now. As soon as I make a decision I'll let you know Thanks |

AdSense websites are definitely easy to sell on Flippa. x10 month revenue as was mentioned here is a reasonable amount to sell your websites for... There is a catch however - since you never used Flippa before, you might loose some potential buyers (like myself) as you don't have any feedback history on Flippa. I would suggest to do the following: 1. Purchase an eBook about selling on Flippa - there are a few things you should know, such as the "$1 start bid - no reserve" that was mentioned here (this is only one of the "tricks" to increase the activity of your listings, bring more bids and eventually increase the final selling price). 2. Consider selling a few websites first to get positive feedback in Flippa before listing the rest together... Hope that helps! Alex P.S.: I'm an established seller on Flippa - feel free to PM me if you need any help |

Hello everybody, Well there has been a strange coincidence ![]() Just when I was thinking on selling my sites, one of them (one of the big ones) is being asked to be closed ![]() I knew that when you use a commercial name in the url of the site there's a chance that the owner of the brand will ask you to take the site down, and that have just happened. Do you think I should take the site down as per the request of the trademark owner? There are two problems with the site as they told me. I'm using their trademarked name and I'm using their copyrighted pictures on it and in some videos I made for the site. They are requesting I take down the site and take down the youtube videos as well. The site we are talking about is James Avery Charms - Excellent Designs And Styles Here What do you think about this? Would you take the site down? Well, I guess that if I take the site down, the amount I could sell the rest is still good but I'm going to hold them for now. I will have to get the money I need right now from some other source ![]() I hope to hear your opinions and experiences with the problem I just described thanks |

You would rather the risk of being sued for using a trademark name which they clearly don't want you to use?? To me that's a no brainer....shut it down.... |

Yeah, I agree. Not to sound harsh but anyone who has been at Warrior forum would know this trademark named in URL is a HUGE no-no. Anyway, the good thing is to realize regardless if you shut it down or whatever.... no one in their right mind would purchase that site as part of the packaged 10 you are trying to sell. The best I can see is to cut your losses and move on to your sites that are legitimate and try to sell them !!

I never understand why people want to sell sites that are making good money and yes $250 is good for an adsense site, people have to realize that they are using a mini site structure so 20 sites at $250 is $5000 passive income.

You're using another site's pictures and trademark name to earn money? And you come here to the forum to ask for suggestions to sell your thievery? If I cared I'd be insulted. Comply with the trademarked company's request. Keep your sites. You may need money now, but with the future annuitized value of those sites coupled with their potential for growth I guarantee you that you'll regret it in less than 12 months. That's why Cash37 is interested. He's smart. |

Hi, a piece of advice. Using someone's trademark and pictures is a serious offense. It's called cybersquatting. It is illegal and for sure they will sue you for using their copyrighted materials. Turn it down for sure that's pretty obvious anyway. About your site, I think selling it wouldn't be a good option since it has some potential. 250$ on adsense per month is high. In my opinion try to find money in some other source.

john1818 is right, shut the site down unless you want to get sued! As for the remaining sites that are making $$, you might want to consider selling a few of them to collect some fast cash as that is what you need now and keep the rest of the sites. If you need more cash, you can consider offering your services instead. Think of what other areas you are good in, such as writing, technical support, etc and offer your services to Internet Marketers who may need help. You may even want to consider providing your services to local businesses. There are lots of free advice here at Warrior Forum which you can use to find out how to advertise to local businesses. |

Even though you abused their trademark, this could lead to a site-maintenance contract or an affiliate agreement (Check out if they have an affiliate program).

I would take down the site. I also had a problem with a trademarked domain a few months ago. Its not worth the hassle and you may end up having to go to court and getting sued. In regards to your other question. I recommend selling your sites separately. Take a look at other sellers who sell adsense sites and base your auction page around theirs to see what works. You should get around 10 x the amount you are bringing in per site. You must be able to prove earnings and traffic too this will ensure your site will sell. Hope this helps. |

First of all, Congrats with this awesome event! Wish you the best things! And second of all, did you try Flippa? You can check there prices, then add 10% to the price which you chose and sell. People will buy it for any money when they will see 250 bucks per month |

So ... Wonder what happens if you offer to sell them the domain for $500? Sure I'll be glad to transfer this domain to you for $500. That's far less than the costs they incur to sue you over the violation. ... or Wonder if you agree to take THE site down. Buy another related domain, move all the content, get different images - like buying the charms and stuff and taking your own photos - putting that up on another domain - and 301 redirecting from the old domain to the new one? Just a thought. |

| OP, looks like your learning trademark rights the hard way. 1) The site only has 9 pages (good news), buy a new domain (no trademarks!). 2) Remove all content from the current site. 3) Redirect all 9 pages to the new site (traffic/backlinks). They can't do a thing to you as far as you embedding Youtube videos on your site. Youtube has an option when they upload the video to not allow video embedding on external sites, If they don't use that option on Youtube that's their problem not yours. They can change the embed option on Youtube anytime they want, If they really care they'll tweak the embed options so you can't use the video. On the other hand, your dealing with Adsense, so make your decisions wisely. |

In regards to valuation, I believe I usually sold my sites for between 8 and 18 months' worth of revenue, depending on things like site age, size, niche, traffic, etc. obviously. I know that's a huge gap but if you find the right buyers on Flippa and take the time to make a good listing, you'll get a nice chunk of change.
