Default Massive falloff in traffic - don't think it's Panda

Hi all,

I run a small blog which was regularly getting 150 - 250 visitors per day up until about 2 weeks ago. Then boom - visitors down to less than 50 per day. Most of my traffic was coming from Google serps. I finally got around to investigating what is going a bit today and it looks like all my posts have been removed from the main google serps! I'm not really keeping my finger on the pulse of seo these days - I remember this used to happen to sites that broke Google TOS's somewhere and/or they would get sandboxed/supplemental - does this still happen. All my content is leget, unique well written by me.

I even still have some subdomains which have not been affected at all. Does anyone have any tips as to how I can go about troubleshooting what is going on?

Ed

Are the pages not showing up at all anymore (site:yourdomain.com) or are they just not being ranked as high?

Were you tracking your SE rankings for multiple keywords? Sounds to me that if most of your traffic was coming from SEs then a drop in rank for one or more of your keywords would cause your traffic drop.

my homepage is indexed and my sitemap.xml is showing up. My subdomains also show up. all my posts (well over 100) are gone!

Hey Melissa - I know what you mean but I think it's more than that. I've experienced that before - this is different. My blog posts are no longer indexed at all which is worrying.
