Free Software for mapping links/linkwheels?

I know I saw it somewhere. I'm actually driving myself crazy looking for it. Its a simple flowchart-type program so you can just type in the name of something into a box and draw arrows.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I'd recommend FreeMind Mapping software and bubbl.us

Just Google them and you'll find them.

Personally, I use bubbl.us, it's just a simple web-base program. Very easy to use.
