Default Warriors favorite Keyword tool??

Hai all,

I have the full version of market samurai and have used it quite a bit. It is very glichy and doesn't always return data that checks out with the google keyword tool.

What are the top 3 keyword tools that some warriors are currently using and why do you like them?

I don't want to spend more money on software, but have kind of had it with Market Samurai. So I am looking for a new keyword tool and hope some fellow warriors can make good suggestions.

Thanks,

Andrew

The top keyword tools I recommend are Google Keyword Tool -FREE
SEO Book Keyword Tool - FREE
Practice and Experience - FREE

I have traffic travis, market samurai as well as keyword optimizer, yet I still prefer to use the data gathered from the free tools listed and draw conclusions from my own experience.

Most keyword tools get their data staight from the "Google Keyword Tool API", they might add a few extras, still all the needed data can be obtained for free.

I use SEOBook (as do thousands of other people). I don't use it for keyword research (didn't even know it had that feature)

I use a custom keyword tool and feed it data extracted from the niche I'm looking into. Most of the data comes from the usual places though, Google, WordTracker, SpyFu, blah blah blah.

I think you should use atleast 2 to 3 different tools to dig in deep with keywords. The ones which get their data from Google keyword tool will have more or less the same data. I check from Google keyword tool and Keyword spy. I always do a manual first page competition check. Takes some time but is more accurate.

It is better to spend some time on finding the right keywords than to waste your time and money on the wrong ones.
