Need help on youtube adsense integration.

So basically my situation is,
I have adsense and youtube accounts with my one google ac.
But the adsense acc is already disabled a long ago.
Now recently I got email from youtube that your account is eligible for adsense integration with videos.
As my adsense account with that email is disabled so I cant use it.
But there is an option to add another adsense acc,so my question is can I add my other adsense account which is on my cousin's name?
Is there any risk of getting banned from that acc too because it will relate to my banned adsense account?

Personally I would never do that in a million years (banned Adsense account + active Adsense account).

Why not move all your videos to your cousins Youtube account that has the active Adsense account, delete the old Youtube account/videos. Then apply to Youtube revenue sharing with the active Adsense/Google account?

I suppose both you & your cousin understand that your cousin is 100% responsible for paying the tax on Adsense, assumes your in the USA, I have no idea about other countries tax laws.
