Small lightbulb moment I thought I'd share

Ok... I'm sure long time IMers probably already know this... but I had a small lightbulb, penny dropping moment with one of my adsense sites..... that I didnt know how to monetize right.

I was considering taking adsense off... as the ctr is low... however this could just be down to ad placement, colours etc... testing those.

I was looking into adding cpa offers, clickbank etc.... so, on autopilot keyword research... I found the top earning adsense long tail keywords, over 1,000 exact matches of course...

Poped em into google... and voilla... there looking at me is what I'm supposed to be marketing... found an awesome clickbank product... and am just gonna also copy the adsence placement... oh, I've used that adsense code to highlight high paying keywords too.

It's so simple, I can't believe I havent done this already... I'm sure this has to be a common tactic... but maybe it's never occured to some other warriors out there.

Just search for the top ranking sites... they've researched the best cpa, clickbank offers allready.

I did see this offer on other sites in the same niche, so I'm hoping to see some clickbank action.

Thanks Dog, I bought a WSO a while back and that was some of the advice in it also. The top 3 competitors in your chosen niche have already done all of the hard work for you. See what they are promoting, where their backlinks are coming from and you'll know what you have to do. Add some related keywords and see where it goes from there.

Thats pretty cool. I was also contemplating removing adsense and promoting clickbank products as well, since the niche i am in does not have enough targeted ads.
