Can anyone help me via telling me that, Google omitting Meta Keywords according to their new algorithm? Using too many keywords in meta keywords considers as spam? If anyone can help me in this i will be very thankful to the person.

Google doesn't consider Meta keywords any more but bing does account them. Yes too many meta keyopwrds looks like a spam. Make sure you don't use more than five keywords in meta Keyword tag.

You better do not use meta keywords at all . Meta keyword tag is not a part of Google algo to rank a page .

Ignoring the keywords in the meta keywords means that you are ignoring the other two search engines yahoo and bing where keywords are of primary importance.

Google has ignored meta keywords for quite a long time now, although the other search engines still use them (although I'd be pretty sure they are pretty low on the list of ranking factors)
