UAW still effective?

Hello,

I need some input from you guys...those who use or used UAW. This tool is still effective?

I've already payed it for 3 months and from 250submitted articles I see only 4 BL in the YahooSiteExplorer for one of my website?

Is this normal?? I don't think so...but because I'm a newbie in this SEO stuff, maybe I am wrong and you can put a little more light on this topic.

Unique article wizard is good for generate unique article, but not for backlink. if you want BL you can use Scrapebox for comment, seNUKE or Serobot for link building. and BMD for social bookamrking. That my suggestion

I thought that its main purpose was for backlinking, not for spinning.
