Competitor has no image or info in local search but still outranks me

I added photos, videos, filled my local google search info as much as I could yet my competitors still outrank me in google map. Im like 5th down pretty confused as to why that is.... HELP! lol

Some times pictures and videos harm you if you don't have text content for google to find, too.

Also, their site could be older or it could just be one of those unexplanable google things. :-)

Could be a few different things. How many reviews to they have?
How many do you have?
What is the ratio of the good reviews to bad reviews.
How closer are they to what Google considers the center of the city compared to you?.
Start analyzing from there.

Well no they do not have any reviews I got a few ^_-. Great ones lol
They are older website though maybe thats the reason. They are also closer to the center of the city so maybe that's why also.
