Default This is what an AdWords-approved affiliate site looks like...

Hi all...

This is a site that I've been working on. It is a site that I hope becomes an authority site sometime in the future as I feel it fills a void in the product review arena.

EDIT: REMOVED DUE TO TOO MANY FOLKS JUST COPYING MY SITE'S CONTENT

Although it isn't ranking well yet (nor is it finished), I fully expect it to once I start building links and promoting it. One thing it does offer me is the flexibility to promote via AdWords since it's already been approved.

The best part about it is the fact that through lots of plugin and theme customizations, I am able to add a new product, all of its specs, products comparisons, and reviews in under 10 minutes. I even built an article-generator in so I can spit out articles for every product for submission to Web 2.0 and most article directories. I simply plugin in 2 or 3 values and voila, it spits out a well written article for me to copy/paste wherever I wish.

At the end of the day, this is what an AdWords-approved site looks like.

If you have any questions, post them here and I'll do my best to answer what I can.

Thanks for the compliment. I've spent considerable time on it and I think this is what lots of affiliates miss. They think they can just throw some garbage site up and then freak out when AdWords gives them grief.

I plan on ranking this site for all things electronic (no specific niche) and checking conversions. Once I have that data, I'll begin with the PPC since it's already been approved.

I've gotten two PMs about the shorter "Editor's Review" sections like the one for the product below:

EDIT: REMOVED DUE TO TOO MANY FOLKS JUST COPYING MY SITE'S CONTENT

I'll answer here for everyone's benefit.

The site "auto-magically" spins up a short (for now) editorial review for every new product that I add. This allows me to get products up quickly. Once up, I have three options:

1) Leave the review as is
2) Write up my own manual review
3) Click a checkbox that tells the site to generate an even longer editorial review automatically based on some checkboxes and radio buttons I've selected on the back-end.

I'm still working on the longer auto-generated review template so I'm just sticking with the shorter ones for now.

If I decide, based on conversion rates, to stick with PPC primarily, I'll just let the site generate everything automatically since I just need AdWords-approved landing pages. However, if I opt for SEO primarily, I'll probably write my own editorial reviews. Everything else is done in data-entry style on the back-end.

Nice clean design. But imho you should do a better logo. That logo is outdated looking. Special attention should be given to graphics when you are targeting people who are into modern technology. This isn't grandma's knitting site. Other wise great job. Looks good.

Changed the logo up a bit. I'm looking for something simple.

Feel free to hit the FaceBook "Like" button if you like the site. I'd much prefer to get it ranking than fire up the AdWords ads I've been putting together.

Have you got other sites built like it that have been approved for a while? it would be great if you report back in say 2 weeks to let us know how it did with adwords.

I say this because I know sometimes sites get approved and then once you start running your ads etc, a few days or a week or two later they get disapproved.

You removed the link before I had a chance to have a look at it but I can understand why. it's a shame others are so quick to spoil other peoples hard work.

I have also been looking at how I can build sites that get approved. I have a few I am working on now and if it's ok with you when they are finished I would like you to take a look at them and give me your opinion.

Thanks for the post.
