Where can I get PR 5, 6 contextual links?

I am looking for PR 5, 6 contextual links. The link must stay permanent on the high PR page.

I would appreciate very much if anyone tell me where I can get them.

High PR link networks if you want in content links but they can be quite expensive and you usually only keep the links if you pay monthly.

Providing content such as articles to high PR sites is another more natural way to get high PR links but it can be time consuming and difficult to get a response.

There are multiple sellers who offer networks where the links stay on page. Fraggler (Troy) is a good source (just do a search here) but very few are going to give you just PR5 and PR6s
