Google reads IMG ALT tag in Text Search

Try this Google text search (not image search) for an image on your page that has already been indexed by Google.

"ALT keyword Here" site:domain.com

Nothing groundbreaking, just pointing out that Google will fall back on the image ALT tag when the text isn't on-page.

I was checking some old pages/keywords & noticed the only instance of the searched keyword was in my image ALT tags, on 4 internal pages.
