Another Adsense Reporting Error?

When I woke up this morning and saw that Google had finalized my Adsense earnings for last month I almost fell out of my chair. The posted total is 80% less than what it should approximately be.

I understand that earnings are adjusted to account for invalid clicks, etc. but this is something different. The total finalized earnings showing up are significantly less than three of my sites each earned individually during the month - and I have a few more than three sites that earned money.

Has anyone else noticed anything like this in their finalized earnings for October?

I was over on the Adsense forum and, apparently, there was a major reporting gaffe that caused many publishers to have their September payments delayed. I'm thinking that this is related to that same issue (which is still ongoing according to the one response on the entire thread from a Google engineer) - at least I hope so. Otherwise I have a major problem...

Yes my finalized earnings for my detox blog was way down but so was my traffic.

For some reason it has dropped by 46.48% so that would account for it.

Now I have to figure out why my traffic dropped.
