How they have got those backlinks?

I checked a certain website's backlinks and some backlinks are from inside the articles under the domains like northvalleychurch.org and telepinexpo.com. There are backlinks from each article pointing to various sites.

How this website has got those backlinks? If those backlinks were bought, from where they have bought and how? I didn't find any contact information.

It seems like they have submitted these article to private blog networks through subscription or they just own these sites and build high pr contextual backlinks using these properties.

Yes, that's a private backlink network, something like BMR.
