Free SEO Scorecard Review / Assessment Tools

I am looking for a free tool that does on the fly SEO Scorecard reporting. Nothing too sophisticated just something that can help me send initial SEO assessment reports to prospective clients.

Do you know of any free tools out there?
Or any paid tools with a one-off payment rather than a subscription based SEO reporting tool.

A white label tool would be best.

SEO Powersuite - you can use Website Auditor
Or you could use Market Samurai - but not very good report wise.
