Found my niche keywords, what now?

I typed "specific type of dentist" in Google Keywords Tools, and the result was (for my country's Google) 390...the keyword in [] (exact keywords) result is 170.

I tried to post a link to the screenshot from Market Samurai but I have too low post-count...anyway here are the results for the #1:

DA: 11
PR: 1
IC: 10
RDD: 263
RDP: 262
BLP: 380
BLD: 381
BLEG: 0
DMZ: Y
YAH: N
Title: Y
URL: N
Desc: N
Head: Y

SECOND link:

DA 5, PR 0, IC 70, RDD 50, RDP 0, BLP 0, BLD 173, BLEG 0, DMZ + rest= N.

The 3rd through 10 links are about the same as the above.

What do some of you pro's in here understand from this?

1. Is this a niche I can target according to the above numbers?

2. What to do? Create a directory with dentists in that city and try to get it ranked 1st?

3. I would probably need to make a leads-site...How do I setup the leads-thing...If I can get 300 hits from people to go through my links to their site, and each lead pays me 1 USD, then I can make 300 USD each month right? But how do I setup the leads, I don't quite understand it.

4. If I do this with a few more niches, I can get something up and running or is it a looooot more complicated than this?

5. I understand that I have to write articles etc, to rank my site...I will also read up on it once I know this is a viable business... Any tips?

with that amount of searches, you can hardly make money out of it...
depending in which city you are, i recommend you to search in keyword tool some keywords related to dentists in the city. it may be a bigger number of searches, and a more buying keyword. and you can go to some dentist offices and talk to them to pay you a monthly fee to post their adresses and good reviews about them on your site.
i think its much better this way.
"specific type of dentist" isn`t such a good keyword in my opinion... you must find more specific keywords in which visitors are interested, for example "good dentists in new york" or "Pedodontists in california" or something like that. i think you got the point.
i`m not a pro seo super guru ninja, i`m just a newbie in im, but i made some mistakes and i learned from them.
