Most Of The Search Engines Results For My Posts Have The Same Description!..Helpp

I have noticed recently that most of the search engine results for my blog have the same description, which is my blogs description. It's happening to all my new posts and i see it in some of my old ones.

I use all-in-one-seo.
I think that maybe the problem, for my results been shown with my blog's description.

I write an unique description and title for all my posts in the All-in-one-seo area in my wordpress posts editor. I get the right tittle for posts from the search engines but i am not getting the right descriptions.

I want to fix this problem asap because i think its affecting my rankings.

What could be causing this problem?

Here's a FAQ from the plugin's site: All In One SEO FAQ | WordPress Developer

I have the feeling you may be missing the call to wp_header(). There are instructions on that page to fix it.

I'm having a different issue with AIOS plugin. For some of my sites the title that shows up in the SERPs does not match what I have written in the plugin for the home page. The title will just show the keyword that that I searched for and it is present in the title, but not the rest of the words. When I check the source code it does show the full title there, but not in the SERPs. This is happening to a few of my sites and it not happening to others. Using the same theme and plugin version on all the sites. I thought it might change over time, but it's now been 2+ months and it has not updated yet?

Any ideas what might be causing this?
