|  My Home page is not shown up for my keyword
whenever i am searching for my site with a keyword in double quotes google is displaying only 3w.mysite.com/about-us instead of home page. I am using wordpress and there is a sticky post on it which is a good article for my target keyword. when doing Site:MYSITE.COM, google is showing all of my pages..i am in confuse I have already submitted xml site map..but there is no change. How can i resolve this problem? |

Build links to your home page for the KW and asses your about us page as it might be optimised better for the word by accident. More recently there seems to be a trend for G to rank internal pages over the home page for medium to short KW's. Maybe they are moving towards it for more relavent results. |
