Hi guys I have this question, the other day i was reading one report here about flipping adsense sites, almost immediately after building them. They were talking about high targeted keywords, 3 words long, with more than $1 cpc. So i am here to ask, if this words ( that i will show) are good examples of what is needed to do adsense sites to flip. |

First of all You need to check "[exact searches]" not broad, when researching keywords in Google tool. Secondly You must analyze keyword competition for these keywords, You can do it manually checking top10 ranking sites for that keyword, their back links and how optimized they are for given keyword. Or You can use tools like Market Samurai or Traffic Travis to analyze competition. Judging from that information You can approximately tell how long it will take You to outrank them. If You are building thin niche sites, it shouldn't take more than 1-2 months to get in the top 3 of Google, if it does, go for different keyword. I doubt people would be buying sites they can't rank on top of Google. |

Maybe they are not, but You must use [exact searches] to see actual amount of searches each month. It's quite possible that each keyword has only 10 or 100 or 10000 searches each month, you will never know unless You use exact searches. Once You know exact number of searches, check competition and decide, if You can outrank them or not. Keyword research is not as easy as writing something in Google keyword tool and picking what You want. Unless of course You have mastered SEO and can outrank everyone. |

It really is amazing (and disheartening) how far the numbers drop when you do an exact search. I don't even understand the point of the broad and phrase searches. Catherine |

Those keywords could work, but it is going to come down to getting your site ranked well. You are definitely going to need to dig into the competition before jumping on a keyword. I wouldn't just go by what the tool is telling you for competition. Take a look at the first page of google for the keywords, specifically the first 3 positions. Check out the competitions backlinks, age, PR, keyword optimization, and content. If you think you have a chance to beat them, than it might be worth while.

I can say with 100% certainty and without doing any research that you won't be able to rank for those keywords without a fair investment of time and/or money. And...this is just my opinion...but I don't think there is any real money in building and flipping AdSense sites. People are unlikely to give you a decent price for a site that doesn't earn anything. And if you create a site that does earn money, you would make more money simply keeping it for yourself. |

Obviously Fashion Designer is not a good keyword. It's to generic and lot of competition. Try to narrow down your research and get long tail keywords. SEO is getting harder and to rank for all those keywords, you need to spend a lot of investment.

I dont think Google's data is accurate. I went for a keyword with 12,000 exact monthly searches per month, and $5.38 CPC. Now I am on page 1, on #10. I received my first click today and received $1.3 for it only! |
