Default PLEASE critique my seo plan

this is for my biggest client yet, keyword is 15k exact match term that is very competitive.

have looked into quite a few of the top 10 and they are actively doing seo.

Their current seo agency has been creating 2k links per month, rest of the top 10 are creating links at at least the same rate also. I wil be working alongside the agency for a few months and the main links I am noticing as pr 3-4 roll off homepage posts at a rate of about 50 per month. These don't seem to be moving the site at all as it has stuck on page 2 for months.

I attached the traffic travis rundown of the top 11 (client is #11).

Plan:

Week 1: AMR using multiple anchors/URLs to get some variation to the site
Week 1: SEnuke to just homepage
Week 1: 50 High PR links, crap content on high OBL pages, all to homepage exact anchor text

Week 2: BMR 10x posts per day, all homepage, mixed anchors
Week 2: ALN all to homepage

Week 3: Join a HPBL network
Week 3: try some random services

Week 4: learn how to use seo hosting and put some 1 obl pr 2/3 sites up pointing to homepage
Week 4: try having a VA create video links etc.

Month 2: repeat AMR/Senuke/BMR/join new HPBL also

Bit concerned over the number of links that are being created currently by them and everyone else, should you ever be concerned over quantity? The above won't create 2k links per month (some other sites are creating 5).

How does this look? All thoughts welcome thanks very much for ANY input

First things first, you need to get it out of your head that backlinking is a numbers game.

Yes, I have some criticisms about your strategy which in my SEO experience do not work too well since the Panda update.

Week 1:

Week 1: SEnuke to just homepage
Week 1: 50 High PR links, crap content on high OBL pages, all to homepage exact anchor text

What are you thinking?

Rubbish SEnuke links and "crap content" on high PR links will not cut it.

You may as well take a holiday in the first week as your SEO would not be too effective.

Week 2:

Week 2: BMR 10x posts per day, all homepage, mixed anchors
Week 2: ALN all to homepage

MUCH better! BMR posts are reviewed before submission and the whole system is quality controlled. Perfect.

I have not used ALN before so can't comment.

Week 3:

Week 3: Join a HPBL network
Week 3: try some random services

You should of joined the HPBL network in week one if you want faster results.

"Try some random services" - Wow, I hope you will analyse the service and effectiveness before randomly selecting it.

Since the Panda update I have heard about a lot of SEO services simply not working as well as they used too.

In other words, there is a lot of crap online right now, pick carefully, read reviews etc.

Week 4:

Week 4: learn how to use seo hosting and put some 1 obl pr 2/3 sites up pointing to homepage
Week 4: try having a VA create video links etc.

Hmm LEARN NOW!

Why learn about SEO hosting in the 4th week? Learn now as an SEO network takes time to build.

Is your client really going to hang around for 3 month while you build your SEO network with his money?

Video links are always great and in my opinion not enough people are using them.

Month 2:

Month 2: repeat AMR/Senuke/BMR/join new HPBL also

Ensure your 1st month process works as anticipated before commencing the same strategy for a second month!

I haven't been doing SEO very long, but I agree with @dadamson. Create some Web 2.0 sites, and use SENuke and AMR on those. And yes, join HPBL now.

ALN is just like BMR, so I would do those on different weeks.

As dadamson pretty much covered everything, let me say you should drop Traffic Travis. It's no good compared to Market Samurai.

Your SEO game is good but this may not enough for this competitive keyword. I dont know how much for your budget, but you should combine week 1 and 2 game plan to week 1; week 3 and 4 to week 2.
Week 3,4: Try some back link services at this forum.
With this keyword, you will need a lot of back links
