Default keyword landing page question

Lets say I have a page about one theme. Theme page #1
I have keyword #1 that gets searched 5000 times.
I have keyword #2 that gets searched 1600 times.
Both keywords have basically the same meaning but google results are different.
I want the optimum traffic of both searches!(1 keyword targeted per page!)
So I build keyword #1 page and keyword #2 page each having a unique url. Then I spin the content.
Problem is I dont want to link to both pages from Theme page #1 cause for my visitors on page it makes no sense.
So I only link from Theme page #1 to keyword #1 page and back.
From keyword #2 page I only link back to Theme page #1 but have no link from the theme page to keyword page.

Basically a page that links back to (theoretic)parent page(and links to other contentextual links) but has no links pointing towards itself. all to get the search traffic without lowering the usability of the overall site.

My Q:
1 - will I get trouble from google?(do they check and see it?)If not Do I even need to spin it?
2 - do I need to link towards the keyword #2 page with some inbound link to get it even ranked/indexed?
3 - how does this construct behave regarding link juice?

If this construct makes sense then I would do it on many keywords and their subkeywords.

Hi finne,

Your questions seemed to be based on an invalid assumption.

If you are targeting 2 different keywords that have virtually the same meaning you do not need to create 2 different pages on your website. You only need 2 different pages if you need to have different content for those 2 keywords.

If the content for both keywords is essentially the same content then you will be better off having single page and optimize that page for both keywords.

I would never spin content to publish on the same website, that would be pointless.

The apparent strategy you seem to be devising is an express violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines and will likely lead to having your entire website de-indexed.

Doorway pages
Doorway pages are typically large sets of poor-quality pages where each page is optimized for a specific keyword or phrase. In many cases, doorway pages are written to rank for a particular phrase and then funnel users to a single destination.

Whether deployed across many domains or established within one domain, doorway pages tend to frustrate users, and are in violation of our Webmaster Guidelines.

Google's aim is to give our users the most valuable and relevant search results. Therefore, we frown on practices that are designed to manipulate search engines and deceive users by directing them to sites other than the ones they selected, and that provide content solely for the benefit of search engines. Google may take action on doorway sites and other sites making use of these deceptive practice, including removing these sites from the Google index.

To answer your questions:
A1 - Yes it will get you into trouble.
A2 - Don't do it, see A1
A3 - It divides your link Juice, instead of concentrating it, which would be more desirable.

Seems like the issue is solved here. You don't need to create a separate page for two variations of the same keyword instead use them alternately on the same page.

That was the same issue with me, google was not sure where to send actual targeted traffic, and in the end it kicked me out of search
