Unique article wizard is at least a pretty mature network, so you could try them. Or just compare the different blog networks; a lot of them have charts of how many blogs of which PR they have. Hope this helps.

I personally have a good result using Build My Rank. It is probably network that still maintain its quality because you only allowed to insert a unique post into them for your backlink. best regards, ganang |

Links roll off home page in bmr usually in a week or so. Even still, I've found success with them so I have to assume home page pr gets passed on. Further testing would need to be done now cuz it seems things may have changed although my posts are still ranking even after roll off. |
