Huge court case over Adsense + other Ads on website.. That happened right?

I am just wondering if anyone knows any types of details on that.. Are there statures of limitations? (Can you only have two or three methods?)

Well. Lets say I owned 5 SEO blogs.

Could I have adsense on the site, and then create my own CPA ad that goes to another SEO blog (might say something like learn my 5 SEO tips for free. something to get clicks)

then on that site I could have more adsense.
