what's the most accurate, and the most precise "backlinks check" tool or website..

Yahoo site explorer works pretty well for me.

It depends if you are checking the backlinks on a site you own or if you are doing competition research.

Free tools for checking out backlinks to sites in general are not very accurate. I use backlinkwatch.com, double the number they come up with and use that as a very rough guesstimate.

For your own sites i would use the Google Webmaster tools. As the yahoo tool has been merged with Bing's webmaster tools.

The ads on backlink watch are way OTT :-(

yahoo site explorer is closed for about 6 months now.
Suggesting it is misleading.

You can try:
- Open site explorer
- ahrefs

There is much more but these two are the best.

Since there aren't any tools that show all backlinks to a site, I like to use multiple tools to examine a site's backlinks. The tools I use are: Yahoo Site Explorer, AhRefs, SEO Spy Glass, and Traffic Travis.
