Does using popups hurt your SERP rankings?

I wud like to know from experienced IM if using pop ups will hurt your SERP ranking. I have a site rank top 3 and wud like to use pop ups but afraid that it will hurt the rankings. any advice is appreciated. Tq

Interesting Question.
You must set your Time in. It should be 10 sec atleast i think. Because Google will crawl your website easily. But if your Popup will appear along with your website again and again in crawling it will hurt your ranking. So, be careful about that.
