Arrow PR3 How Do I continue to improve?

I have been working on my website for about 3-4 months now as far as SEO improvement goes. I have seen improvement every month. My question now would be what should I do now so I continue to improve my website. Same thing that got me here?

Keep adding content to your website, build more backlinks, and market your website with different techniques like forum marketing, social marketing, article marketing, and the list goes on and on. If you have some money to invest you could also try PPC, PPV, banner ads, radio and TV ads, etc.

This isn't really necessary unless you are targeting new keywords.

The whole "Google likes frequently updated sites" thing is a bunch of BS.

Now if you are targeting additional keywords, it makes total sense. I think that is where people get confused. They add content, see more traffic, and make this false assumption that Google prefers sites that get updated a lot with new content. They never bother to check and see that the additional traffic is not coming from their originally targeted keywords. It is coming from other keywords that their new content is ranking for.

You can have a completely static website that does just fine in the rankings.

If you have a plan that is working for you as you said, why not continue with that until they are no longer effective.

It's true.Writing a bunch of articles each week is not the answer to top rankings.

Write 10 articles at most and be sure they are unique - Thats all you need for a website. Then join a high pr network to post some articles and you will get pr 5 at the next update

Well, the OP asked how can he improve website, and I gave him some tips. While adding new fresh content might not affect PR directly it might gather new visitors, reduce bounce rate and few other factors which leads to "improving website".
