I don't think it's enough, make it at least 60-70% unique.

I have a website that was 0 before the recent update - now with 7 VERY spun articles it is PR 4

Looks like Google missed this one

I usually spin to about 99.7%, just change everything except the punctuation.

Really, though, it's not too hard to stay under the radar if you're spinning is good and you're not going overboard.
