Hi I just thought I would share this with you. Not sure if it is typical as I have been reading other taking days or weeks to index in Google. Basically. Went to Google. Submitted site to them via their form to crawl. Went to facebook, messaged about 50 people I know well with the URL and asked them all to go to Google and search for the website www example .com etc Asked them to message me back when it appeared. 2 Hours later I got a message saying it was there. All of the 50 had googled it within the 2 hours. Appears that Google doesn't like it if they think someone knows something they don't! If nothing else it may have just bumped the site up the list to be crawled. Worth a try if you are trying to get indexed. Worked on one site, still to be tested to see if this is standard. Michael |

New products on my Amazon sites are typically indexed in no more than 20 minutes in most cases.

Yeah this was uploaded to the server and 2 hours later can be found in google. Don't know about awards etc...but I was looking at sharing what I did, as I read a lot of posts where people say they cannot get listed very quickly. I guess the competition comes from if your site is not listed then you will definitely not be getting traffic from google...? |

All of my sites have custom-built article generators built-in that I use to create articles and then submit to article directories, Web 2.0, etc so I'm sure that helps. However, I don't utilize it on all of my sites. I've done very little backlinking/article submission on my newest site. What I have done with my new site is add 1 or 2 products per day. After a week of doing so, new posts are generally indexed within 20 minutes. Depending on the competition, many even show up on page 1 and start receiving traffic almost immediately. |

But there is time for everything. And I ain't a racer. Some sites get their new contents (pages/posts) indexed seconds after being posted. Usually respected sites. | |
