Adsense questions I cannot find the answers to!

Hi. I've been trying to find answers to a few adsense questions for ages but to no avail so if anyone can help please do.

I was banned from Adsense. Ok no problem as Ad Dynamo is working great for me now. W'D Ad Dynamo.

If a publisher becomes banned is it the publisher that is banned or the website the coding was on? The reason I ask is I have someone interested in taking over one of the sites I was banned on. If they open an adsense account will Google allow it or will they say the website was associated with a risk to their advertisers!

This is a totally different person with a totally different name and totally different bank account etc: and before you ask no it is not me or a family member it is a genuine enquiry and I will have nothing to do with the site once it is transfered so they want to know if they display adsense can they or will they get a shock and be disabled? They have said that if this is the case they do not want the site so I am asking to reassure them that it was the publisher that was banned not the website itself?

But please reassure me it was me that was banned and not the website.

It's the account that was banned, but if the website was doing things that violate the Adsense Terms of Service, then the new account could get banned too. It depends on how respectable a member they are - they might just get a warning.

I'd take a good hard look at what was happening on the website and make sure it doesn't violate the terms. Do you know why your account was banned?

I had a different website with an original adsense account that was banned for invalid click acivity. I know where that came from but Google rejected my appeal! I then created a new site and adsense accepted me immedietely. Yes within 5 mins they had authorsied a new account in my original name. After a month I got this....
While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

They did not explain why and there was no warning that ads could have been misconstrued for links(which they were not) just the ban. So I think it was because I setup a new account in the same name but I cannot get an answer to that question but reading the e-mail it looks like the account was banned and not the website. I just need someone to agree that this is how it looks. Thanks

If you've had two Adsense accounts banned, I don't think you can offer a guarantee to the purchaser that the website will be immune to further account bannings.
