I have a site that I'm building links to. For about half a year, I've been building links to the URL format as: http://www.example dot com/ My question is, if I also build links to below formats, is it going to dilute my link building effort? 1) http://www.example dot com (without slash at the end) 2) www.example dot com 3) http://www.example dot com/index.php 4) example.com Can anyone share some solid info about whether using different URL formats will affect the link building effort? Also, is there a way to carry all historical links to one URL format? Any suggestion with solid reliable resource will be appreciated. If you could also have a link to the reliable information resource, it'll be great. Thanks! |
