Best automated service for 2nd tier (bulk) link building

I'll keep it short,

I'm looking for a decent automated solution for building 2nd tier links, loads of them to my 1st tier quality links (ALN).

So what your suggestions are... 1waylinks.net? I've used it an it's a bit dated and most of the blogs in the network are crap, won't do much good I guess.

I'm actually looking for something similar to 1waylinks.net but more effective.

Have you tried Linkvana . com. Its around 150$ but has unlimited no. of sites (projects) which could be run simultaneously. Good for Marketers who have or expect to have a larger no. of sites to market for....
