Looking for a particular Keyword Analysis Tool

A few months ago I read about two techniques to do keyword analysis. One was a chart of the number of searches for a keyword vs. the number of results for that keyword. It was a nine square decision matrix (high, medium and low) for both.

The other was a technique to add up the page rank on the first page for a desired keyword and if it met a criteria, it was one to consider.

Does anyone have any information about these two techniques? I've lost my bookmarks to them. Thanks!
