Question regarding 'All in one SEO Pack'

Hello fellow warriors!

I have a small question related to my Wordpress based site.

I have 'All in one SEO Pack' installed my site.

Now when i make a Blog post, I click on 'Add a New Post', i add the title, content, categories & tags/keywords in the wordpress posting section.

Once this is done i go to the bottom of the page where i have to enter Title, Description & Keywords in 'All in one SEO Pack'


Now my question, should i keep the Keywords same in both the places?

If yes, what is the advantage. If no, could some one explain why?

Don't use keywords.

I have the same issue before too. I just dont use keywords anymore

If your referring to the options before publishing your article/post then you want to use the words in your title, not the keywords related to your site as whole. If you use the same keywords on every post then your over stuffing your website and could be penalized via your SERP rank.

So what i have understood is that in the 'Add a new post' section, If i am entering Title, Description and in the Tags section if i am entering my Tags as 'Web Design' 'Best Web Design' and afterthat before clicking on Publish the post i will go dow to the 'All in one SEO pack'

In the 'All in one SEO pack' i will again Enter the Same Title, A little Description and the kewyords that i will be using here will be 'Web Designers' 'Web Designing UK'

Is that correct??
