Has the new Google Panda been updated already?

Google have Tweeted yesterday a "weather report" about a new Panda update. Has anybody notice any ranking changes yet? (last "weather report" posted few days before the actual update)

Matt Cutts posted this insidesearch.blogspot.com/2011/11/ten-recent-algorithm-changes.html?spref=tw on the 14th of November about "ten recent algorithm changes" so this could possibly be what's causing the changes... I think its gonna be a long ride for us IM'ers dealing with SEO because it doesn't seem that Google will be slowing down with these kinds of changes.
