Launched my site a month ago and didn't do much SEO work. On-site is optimized, but I had an influx of new clients from other sources and was so busy I didn't do any off-site. Last week I started an SEO project with someone here, as well as a drip link building service with Matt LaClear. For the past 3 days I've had no Google traffic, which is very strange. What could this mean, and how can I fix it? |

Were you even getting much Google traffic before you started getting none? Your site's probably just bouncing around in the serps a little bit.

Are you ranking for your own domain name or any of the keywords you are targeting? Typically, I'll type in search terms in the SEs to see where I rank on them. If you are not ranking for your own domain name then you may be Sandboxed. |

I've used one of Matt's services before and had that happen as well. A few days later, the site popped up again and it was back to business as usual.

It could be this...when you backlink a page quite a bit more than you have in the past, Google will often pull the page, then sit on it for a few days, then it will reappear, usually in a better position than it was. I doubt you have a real issue.

When i hear music i dance, when google finds new links makes your site dance. In other words, it is a normal behaviour and just keep the link building consistent and constant for a bit.

I wouldn't be too concerned as I'm sure it will reappear in a couple days or maybe a week or two. I've had this happen to my sites before and they always show up, and in a much better spot than they were before. I would recommend building content to your site and a little bit of link building as well.

Sounds like the Google dance for sure. That's usually a very healthy sign. Just be patient. It'll come back even better ranked than before.

Jim, I ll tell the basic steps to get traffic details. First you check out that the analytic code is placed in your main URL's source page. You have to add this code above the </body>. Secondly, just verify or conform in analytic code is placed in your site by checking in Google Analytic. The third one, it will take one day to know your traffic details in analytic so you have to wait for one day. But you told that it already three days past. You will get at least one visit from your country by your visits in your system. so the problem is in the place of adding the analytic code. Just recheck the code is placed in proper. I need to know that your problem is solved or still you having with your site. |

Matt is right, its most likely just bouncing around in serps. Do a quick search on google for: site:yourURL.com If it shows up, then you are not sandboxed. Just keep the links coming and wait it out. |

Your website is just over 1 month old. So don't expect too much for it. You said you haven't done any link building on your own. So much better if you will start now.
