There are two main ways to attempt to convert an AMR file to another file type:

1.Open the AMR file in its default program and choose to save the open file as another file format.
2.Use a File conversion online service or software program to convert the AMR file to another file format.

Hope that helped you!!!

Cheers

Thanks Kohen. Actually i tried both already. I converted it to word or even html but there are extra [amr] [amrtlr] etc. and AMR will not be able to recognize it. It would take me years to finish it manually. :-)

And for the converter, i cannot find any service or software that can convert .amrx files.

Did you ask on the official forum?

Most of the time you can get these as .txt files which makes it very easy to import.

Where did you get the list from? Could you ask the person who you got the list from if they have a txt version of the file.

If you converted it to MS Word format, you can save it to text from MS Word. If there are extra characters in MS Word, then do a search and replace to remove them, then save it as a text file.

Alternatively, can't you just select the whole file and copy it and paste it into a Notepad file? Those would be my first choices if I was trying to do this.
