Don't want to rank for the Post but want my categories to show up, any idea ?I have got an question,

I have got an question, which might help some of e commerce sites..
What SEO tragedy should be used if i want to rank for keyword used in categories.?

Most importantly the post does not include the keyword... As m giving more preference to categories..!
Does increasing the link from post to categories would help or building inbound links to those category pages ..?

M using the all in one seo (plugin )(wordpress)..if possible show me perfect tunning....

(Note:- m using Excerpt to display my post and index categories (only))

Please don't recommended other plugin coz m just an starter and really need an help..!
