How will the latest Google’s search filter update affect SEO?

Today I read a post of how Google will be filtering results for people using it when logged in or when not logged in. How will this affect our search results? I think it has more to do with the analyses and less with the rankings, any help will be appreciated. How will the latest Google’s search filter update affect SEO?

Google's recent update for the results are as per the recent events , frequent events , and recurring events. As now google will show the result that recently has updated as before sec , or minute or by hour or by day and so on. And now for getting the more better result, one has to be more concentrate on providing the new content as early as possible then only one can get the more effective result.
