They have simply customised the URL to show as black instead of the default green. They may have changed the font but I don't think so. You can stylise your Google ads when you create them in your acct. | |

Are you sure? There is no link unit or Ad in Google adsense that is one URL only. Min link units I see is 4?

I would assume you would need a high CTR, or a ton of traffic like mashable does > millions of page views?
