Anyone up for a challenge with me and my site, Coummunity challange

Okay this is what I would call a warrior community project ready for global participation. I might succeed with your help or fail miserably

So I created a new site like 3 months ago and right now its not coming up on google for any keywords! I mean zilch. I know it's new and all but still nothing? not even for one of my keywords (except my whole site name of course). So I was just surfing on this trying to come up with ideas of what I'm missing (I think I've covered the highs and lows of on-site seo), but can't come up with what happening. The main issue here is I'm a newbie to website development and for that reason am using wix (don't know if you've heard of it but its flash based). I know there are two main issues with this:
1.) It's flash so run-time is slow and files are larger (smaller than pass rate needed I checked using a load-time tool), so I don't really think this is really an issue
2.) Wix only allows one set of title, meta-description and meta-tags (although I'm told meta count's for nothing these days, so maybe this really doesn't matter much)
So far what I've covered is:
Keyword density, placement (H1, url, alt tags, anchor link internal)

I know off-page seo counts for like nearly 50% of the rankings but assuming my on-page is correct (maybe one or two things missing) it should come top 100 atleast, right?
One more thing with this site google is able to read the text so accounts for the keywords and bulk of the text (including H1, H2 etc)

So what am I asking you? Well, anything in Gods heaven really. More keywords, less keywords, more alt tags, more internal links (backlinks I'm working on slowly as I don't want to get sandboxed, google webmasters shows me 78 back links but sites like backlinkchecker etc show 0 which I also don't understand, if anyone could get me quality links it would be appreciated), some error I need to correct (please remember I can't do much using wix only write text add pictures etc).

Btw I will keep responding to each and every post to tell you whats happening, what ranks have change etc. I will keep going for another one or so then finally give up.
