Dude is a Housewife?

I posted an Ad on craigslist (philippines) for a writer, I had maybe 20 responses.

I just now opened one of them & it includes the guys resume with a mug shot of the guy.

For occupation he has Housewife (wth?)!

He also included a social security number (double, wth!, wth!)!

Lol, I was thinking the same until I read male on the resume, plus the image looks like a male.

Maybe it's bad lighting?

I couldn't believe they sent a social security number on the resume via craigslist, does the Philippines even have social security?

When I was a recruiter for a marketing company, I had a little hobby of keeping bad resumes. Some of the stuff you would find on them was hilarious. It never ceased to amaze me the way people would try to fluff stuff on there.

I remember one girl worked at the Gap and put down that she was a "Denim Specialist". Now I though, oh maybe she worked in the factory or she had some special knowledge about denim. I asked her what she did as a Denim Specialist.

"I have to fold and count all the jeans."

Another girl worked at a restaurant and helped them open. One of her responsibilities was to "Look over the menu and make sure everything was spelt correctly."

There were much worse ones than that, but probably not forum appropriate.

Haha - He could have at least distinguished himself from a female title (ie; 'wife').

Perhaps Handyman, Cleaner, etc.

Maybe some business just throwing out auto generated resumes, seriously who in their right mind includes a social security number on craigslist, that's just crazy? I won't be responding to whoever sent the resume, I was just looking for a writer.

BTW, most of those emails from craigslist applications were full of typos & just poor grammar all claiming to be writing experts, deleted...
