Problem in leads conversion?

Hi,

I'll do seo for my website, they will recieve regular visit for my website, once i work to get top in search engines. while i'll moved 10 to 5 position in google, the visitors are normally visit my website, but the lead conversions in the sense goal completion is not properly executed, last 2 days i won't get any leads for my website. May i know what's problem

Anyone of the expertise in google analytics & seo aspects please explained in brief. As Soon As Possible.
