loss in traffic

i have gone from page 1 to page 3, i think after a delayed panda update. lost approx 80% visitors last month. how do i get back on page 1?

The only thing you will do is to improve your strategies in social media in order to get back in rankings, update the content regularly and promote the site's product and services in an organic way of link building.

Wait for few days if your site will get back on its feet..If not, start doing something to get it back to page 1.

i waited for one month. i think it started after i submitted to a load of sites via social marker

Create quality contents, do link building and bookmarking on social site. get link back from qualify site should help your rank back.

A major part of Panda was ensuring that the sites in the rankings had enough quality content. Is your site a thin site (small amount of articles) or showing less than stellar content?

You should do Social networking more and try to get back on the track with quality link building link your site with high PR sites this would help.

You need to use proper SEO techniques like press release submission, bookmarking etc. to again increase your traffic.

Get the more traffic to get the site more visible but that only possible with providing the new and quality content and with the right choice of the keywords.
These days social media is the best place to get the more traffic. But the need is to be more helpful to others , and to be live in the discussions and providing the new information everytime.
And use of the blogs , articles , videos be more helpful with the social media.

First, Delete all Copy Paste Content from website and let Google crawler crawl your site.
Secondly, Now use Unique Content in the website.
Thirdly, start SEO(Search Engine Optimization ) and SMO(Social Media Optimization) for your website.

Then you will get back ranking and vister on your website.

Sometimes quick link building can cause the problem and may be the same in your case. What you can try is either wait for some more days (may be weeks) and/or in the mean time build backlinks but at slow pace.
