Maybe this is not correct answer but possibly your site has been flagged by Google for spamming.

Just relax, it will come back. Don't do scrapebox blasts that large directly to your site again!

English isn't his first language so maybe it was harsher than it was intended.

Like Marc said, hands off for awhile and it will come back within 2 months at worse, probably within 1 month. You received a list of 20k blogs? I'll buy it from you for $5
Just an FYI. You don't need to know diddly squat about SEO to pull in hundreds, or thousands of visitors a day. Unique and high quality content is king, it's as simple as that.

I find it is interesting you ask us this question when you are the one who has access to all of your statistics.

You should be able to determine what phrases you quit receiving traffic for and how your position changed in the rankings for those phrases.

It is even possible with that severe of a drop you have been deindexed from Google and are just receiving traffic from Yahoo and Bing. But, once again...you are the only person who can determine that by looking at your own statistics to determine what has changed.

I would not sit back and wait "hoping" it comes back unless I had verified what changed by reviewing my analytics.

How much money were you Making? If it was a lot then spend some of that money on professional seo's even if you have to over pay. If you were making very little, who cares, consider it a lesson learned.

Wowee, you got sandboxed for a while for doing that. Pretty sure.

I think you will just have to wait it out. Continue to post new content on the site and leaving the backlinking part alone for a while.
