What should be done to maintain site’s ranking?

In these days of unpredictability in the search engine world, I really wonder how or what can companies do to maintain their top rankings. What should be done to maintain site’s ranking?

Keep on providing the quality and useful content for your visitor. Get the more quality backlinks to your site but by submission on high pr and authorised sites. Also get the more traffic but be sure that traffic comes is the high quality traffic and with well new content. And which other methods you use , keep that work continue for your site more better ranking and results.

i usually outsource SEO job to several outsourcer. Make sure you do SEO with link diversity. Usually i do SEO job every 2 months or depend on my web rank. If my rank drop, then i must do SEO job more aggresive.

Put up High Quality New Content and Pages regularly. The websites that are updated regularly are favored heavily by Google. Also, place your keywords where they are needed and monitor your website and making changes as they are needed.

They are maintaining their rankings most of the time not because of the work they have done. There are still times that they are affected by the fluctuation. Google is not treating them like a guest of honor.

All websites are affected by the dance...Now about maintaining a site's position, you are dealing with the fluctuation or the so called "Google Dance". IMO, you can't something about it. Your site will still fluctuate over and over again..

But the good news is this: you can avoid your site from being buried in the SERP. You will lose your position, you cannot do something about losing your current position, but you can do something to avoid getting buried.

Losing 1 or 2 or 3 position, is just a normal scene since websites are living in an unpredictable world, the internet. But losing position like something from page 1 to page 3 is quite devastating...And you can do something about it.
